In an effort to better himself, Barry tries Yoga. Later he bumps into his dad, who has no filter. He takes his driving test and has an unusual confrontation in the park with Paul the examiner.

Barry goes to an AA meeting with his friend Big Dave and learns that he is having a baby, although it might not be BIg Dave's child. He has a meeting in work which involves one of his speed date's, and he starts driving lessons with a new company. By the end of the episode he comes to some realisations about his life.
